Week 1 Spring 2010

I have never tried blogging, so this is a new experience for me. Somethings in life we need a little prodding to begin them, this being one of them, for Marketing class. In my reading for this week, the part that stuck out for me is talking about creating a high level of employee satisfaction then that leads to better efforts of the employees, which then leads to higher goods and services and then to repeat business because everyone was satisfied. I think that makes a lot of sense to me. I wish everyone could see things like that.
